Ciabot Rosso enjoys a quiet and privileged location in the north-west of Italy, in Piedmont, between Cherasco and the hills of Langhe.
A land of vineyards, hilltop villages, castles and historic wineries, less than an hour from Turin and only a little further from both the Alps and the Ligurian Sea.
We are surrounded by open countryside, just a short distance from the hills of Langhe, Roero and Monferrato.
It is a secluded place, far from the noise of everyday life, yet at the heart of one of Italy’s most fascinating regions, rich in history, traditions and food and wine culture.
What this territory offers in abundance are charming medieval villages perched on hilltops, connected by endless vineyards stretching across the landscape. Beyond them, the mountains rise on the horizon.
The food and wine offering is exceptional: traditional trattorias and local cuisine, wineries and renowned wine producers, festivals dedicated to local products and traditions. Trails and scenic routes invite guests to enjoy trekking, cycling and relaxed motorcycle touring. Cultural events range from concerts and exhibitions to local markets and village celebrations.

In autumn, the International Alba White Truffle Fair celebrates one of the region’s most precious gastronomic treasures through aromas, traditions and unforgettable encounters.
Just a few minutes from Ciabot Rosso, the town of Cherasco welcomes visitors with its antiques markets, artisan fairs and local food specialties.
Strolling among the stalls is a simple and authentic way to experience the rhythm of the town and discover the true spirit of Langhe.

International Alba White Truffle Fair
One of Italy’s most important food and wine events, dedicated to the renowned Alba White Truffle and the culinary excellence of the Langhe region, featuring a market, tastings, gastronomic experiences, and cultural events. From October 10 to December 6, 2027.
Cheese Bra
The major international biennial event dedicated to raw-milk cheeses, organized by Slow Food, is scheduled for September 2027.
